Mortar Board

Mortar Board is a national honor society that recognizes UPS seniors for outstanding achievement in scholarship, leadership, and service. Members of each Mortar Board chapter spend their senior year working together to give back to their communities. A primary goal of Mortar Board is addressing the issue of literacy in our community. Mortar Board provides opportunities for continued leadership development, promotes service to colleges and universities, and encourages lifelong contribution to the global community. Selection is based upon an assessment of the applicant’s scholarship, service, leadership, and personal statement.
